[cze][eng] Úvod: Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pooperační péče o pacienty po robotických hrudních výkonech. V teoretické části se věnuje historii a současnosti robotické chirurgie, používaným technologiím a specifikům pooperační ošetřovatelské péče. V ošetřovatelské péči se práce zabývá sledování parametrů, možné komplikace a rolí všeobecné sestry. Cílem výzkumné části bylo zjistit roli sestry v péči o tyto pacienty, zmapovat specifika ošetřovatelské péče po robotických výkonech a prozkoumat vnímání této péče ze strany pacientů. Metodika a výzkumný soubor: K naplnění cílů byly využity kvalitativní metody, a to polostrukturované rozhovory se čtyřmi pacienty a s patnácti všeobecnými sestrami z jednotky resuscitační a pooperační péče, jednotky intenzivní péče a standardního oddělení. Výzkum byl doplněn nezúčastněným pozorováním ošetřovatelského personálu při péči o pacienty po těchto výkonech. Přínosem práce je zmapování aktuální praxe, úroveň informovanosti zdravotnického personálu a prožívání pacientů v rámci pooperační péče, což může přispět k optimalizaci péče a lepšímu porozumění specifickým potřebám pacientů po těchto výkonech. Výsledky: Výzkumné šetření ukázalo, že všeobecné sestry považují péči o pacienty po robotických hrudních výkonech za zvládnutelnou se svými dosavadními znalostmi. Specifika vnímají především ve zvládání bolesti pacientů. Pacienti tuto péči hodnotili pozitivně, zejména pro individuální přístup a empatii sester. Významným zjištěním bylo, že úroveň informovanosti zdravotnického personálu o specifikách robotické chirurgie není jednotná, což poukazuje na potřebu cíleného vzdělávání. Závěr: Na základě zjištěných poznatků lze odvodit, že kvalitní ošetřovatelská péče je klíčová pro úspěšnou rekonvalescenci pacientů po robotických hrudních výkonech. Diplomová práce přináší nový pohled na tuto problematiku a její výstupy mohou být využity při vytváření informačních a vzdělávacích materiálů pro zdravotnický personál. Výsledky mohou přispět ke zvýšení kvality péče a lepšímu porozumění potřebám pacientů v rámci moderní hrudní chirurgie.Introduction: The thesis deals with the issue of postoperative care of patients after robotic thoracic procedures. In the theoretical part, it deals with the history and present of robotic surgery, the technologies used and the specifics of postoperative nursing care, including monitored parameters, possible complications and the role of the general nurse. The aim of the research part was to determine the role of the nurse in the care of these patients, to map the specifics of nursing care after robotic procedures and to explore the patients' perception of this care. Methodology and research sample: To achieve the objectives, qualitative methods were used, namely semi-structured interviews with four patients and fifteen general nurses from the resuscitation and postoperative care unit, the intensive care unit and the standard ward. The research was supplemented by non-participant observation of nursing staff caring for patients after these procedures. The contribution of this thesis is to map current practice, nursing staff awareness levels and patient experiences of post-operative care, which may help to optimise care and better understand the specific needs of patients following these procedures. Results: The research survey showed that general nurses considered the care of patients following robotic thoracic procedures to be manageable with their existing knowledge. They perceive specifics especially in the management of patients' pain. Patients rated this care positively, especially for the nurses' individual approach and empathy. A significant finding was that the level of awareness of nursing staff about the specifics of robotic surgery is not uniform, indicating the need for targeted education. Conclusion: Based on the findings, it can be concluded that quality nursing care is crucial for successful recovery of patients after robotic thoracic procedures. The thesis brings a new perspective on this issue and its outcomes can be used in the development of information and educational materials for healthcare staff. The results may contribute to improving the quality of care and better understanding of patient needs in modern thoracic surgery.
