cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice analgezie poskytované zdravotnickými záchranáři v podmínkách přednemocniční neodkladné péče. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána bolest, její rozdělení a v neposlední řadě její léčba analgetiky. Dále se teoretická část práce věnuje hodnotícím škálám bolesti. Pro praktickou část byly zvoleny tři cíle a dvě hypotézy. C2: Analyzovat vztah mezi hodnocením bolesti a volbou analgetik v přednemocniční péči. C3: Navrhnout optimalizovanou hodnotící škálu bolesti pro použití v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. K C1 a C2 byly zvoleny hypotézy. H1: 50 % zdravotnických záchranářů používá k hodnocení bolesti u pacienta hodnotící škály. H2: Volba analgetik koreluje s intenzitou bolesti. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of analgesia administered by paramedics in the context of pre-hospital emergency care. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the concept of pain, its classification, and, importantly, its treatment using analgesics. It also addresses various pain assessment scales. The practical part of the thesis is guided by three main objectives and two hypotheses. C1: To map the methods used by paramedics to assess pain, with particular attention to the use of pain assessment scales. C2: To analyze the relationship between pain assessment and the choice of analgesics in pre-hospital care. C3: To propose an optimized pain assessment scale suitable for use in pre-hospital emergency conditions. To support the first two objectives, two hypotheses were established. H1: 50 % of paramedics use pain assessment scales when evaluating patient pain. H2: The choice of analgesics correlates with the intensity of the patient's pain. The research was conducted using a quantitative method in the form of a non-standardized self-constructed questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of 25 questions, of which 17 were closed, 7 semi-opened, and 1 opened and was distributed electronically via the internal network of the Emergency Medical Services of the South Bohemian Region. The research sample included 30 paramedics. During the data analysis, descriptive statistical methods were used, specifically absolute and relative frequencies, which illustrate the distribution of respondents' answers across individual categories. Subsequently, the data were statistically processed in order to verify the validity of the established hypotheses. Hypothesis H1 was statisticly tested using the chi-square test, while H2 was evaluated using the Wilcoxon test. The research findings revealed that 96.7 % of paramedics use pain assessment scales, which does not confirm the validity of the first hypothesis. Furthermore, it was shown that the intensity of pain has a direct influence on the paramedics' choice of analgesics, thereby confirming the second hypothesis.
