[cze][eng] Ve své bakalářské práci jsem pracovala s oběťmi sexuálního násilí, abych získala hlubší pohled na jejich očekávání, potřeby, myšlenky a emoce během výslechu, dále zkušenosti se sekundární viktimizací ze strany policie a spokojenost s policejní prací. Bylo vedeno celkem pět polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s ženami, které na Policii ČR nahlásily buď znásilnění nebo pohlavní zneužívání. Data byla pomocí otevřeného kó-dování analyzována a induktivně rozdělena do kategorií. Získaná data byla poté dis-kutována formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s kriminalistkou, která se vyjádři-la k jednotlivým příběhům i aspektům celé problematiky, za účelem získání jejích profesních zkušeností, vhledu na celou problematiku a objektivitu práce. Mezi probí-raná témata také patřily komplikace při výslechu, kroky účinné pro zamezení sekun-dární viktimizace a návrhy na změnu vedení výslechu tak, aby chránil potřeby obětí. Na základě získaných dat jsem vyvodila, že k sekundární viktimizaci nejčastěji do-chází na základě nedostatečné komunikace mezi obětí a kriminalisty. Jsou kroky a otázky, které jsou pro vyšetřovatele zásadní, když ale oběti nejsou dostatečně vysvět-leny, dochází k újmě na psychické pohodě a negativnímu pohledu na proces výslechu. Oběti nejčastěji zmiňovaly potřebu psychologické pomoci při výslechu, důvěru a nezpochybňování ze strany policie, a větší informovanosti vyšetřovatelů v oblasti psychologie. Podařilo se mi identifikovat chování policie, u kterého došlo k hrubému chování a porušení profesionálního přístupu policie, ale i kroky policie, které pomoh-ly obětem se cítit ve větší psychické pohodě a získat důvěru v proces vyšetřování. Výzkum si dává za cíl přiblížit široké veřejnosti i profesím pracujícím s obětmi jejich potřeby a emoce spojené s výslechem, edukovat a propojit pohledy obětí a krimina-listů na danou problematiku.In my bachelor's thesis I worked with victims of sexual violence to gain a deeper in-sight into their expectations, needs, thoughts and emotions during interrogation, as well as their experiences of secondary victimization by the police and their satis-faction with police work. A total of five semi-structured interviews were conducted with women who had reported either rape or sexual abuse to the police and were categorised by thematic analysis. The results were then discussed in the form of a semi-structured interview with investigator, who commented on individual stories and aspects of the whole issue, in order to gain her insight into the whole issue and objectivity of my work. Topics discussed also included complications in the interro-gation process, steps effective in preventing secondary victimization, and suggesti-ons for changing the conduct of the interrogation to protect the needs of the victims. Based on the data collected, I concluded that secondary victimization most often occurs due to a lack of communication between the victim and the criminalists. The-re are steps and questions that are important to the interrogator, but when they are not sufficiently explained to the victim there is a detriment to the psychological well-being and a negative view of the interrogation process from victims side. Victims most frequently mentioned the need for psychological assistance during the interro-gation process, trust and greater awareness of investigators in the field of psychology I was able to identify rude conduct, or other breaches of police professionalism, as well as actions taken by the police that helped victims feel more psychologically com-fortable and gain trust in the process of investigation. The research aims to bring the general public and professions working with victims closer to their needs and emoti-ons associated with interrogation, to educate, but most importantly to connect the perspectives of victims and investigators.
