cze Abstract:
Vytrénovaná neuronová síť dosahovala Recall 93 %, Precision 93 %, mAP50 98 % a mAP50-95 74 %. This work discusses the possibilities of using the YOLO version 11 convolutional neural network model for the application of examining fragments resulting from the processing of composite materials. SEM images of fiber fragments of CFRP composite material were obtained for training the neural network. A procedure for obtaining additional samples for imaging using an electron microscope was determined. The method of annealing in air was chosen to remove matrix residues. The temperature required for annealing the samples was determined to be 500 °C. Composite materials with carbon and glass fiber dispersions were determined as suitable for the annealing in air procedure. Composites using aramid fiber dispersions were evaluated as unsuitable for annealing due to the melting temperature close to 500 °C. A set of synthetic images was created for training the neural network, for which a precise production algorithm was determined. The trained neural network achieved Recall 93%, Precision 93%, mAP50 98% and mAP50-95 74%. From the Precision-Recall, Recall-Confidence and Precision-Confidence relationships, possible high thresholds for setting the required accuracy for the trained model were identified. From the results of the metrics used, the trained neural network appears to be reliable in identifying fibers. When verifying the machine vision by the operator, a number of errors were found in determining the length. The trained model was unable to accurately target the ends of individual fibers. Long fibers were identified as two shorter ones. From the confrontation of the results and the visual inspection of the images by the operator, it was determined that the YOLO convolutional neural network in its native form is not suitable for this application.
