Tato diplomová práce se zabývá psychickou bolestí u pacientů s tinnitem. Cílem práce je porozumět podobnostem mezi psychickou bolestí a prožíváním chronického tinnitu. Jedná se o první výzkum tohoto tématu. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení zásadních témat pro pochopení prožívání tinnitu. Definuje se zde psychická bolest, která bere v potaz i definice mentální bolesti, emoční bolesti a utrpení, jež jsou s psychickou bolestí často zaměňované. Jelikož tinnitus není primárně psychologickou diagnózou, je nutné se zaměřit i na aspekt fyzična v kontextu psychické bolesti. Empirická část vychází z 8 kvalitativních rozhovorů s jedinci s chronickým tinnitem a subjektivně těžkým prožíváním. Data byla analyzována pomocí tematické analýzy. The thesis deals with psychache in tinnitus patients and it aims at understanding the similarities between psychache and experiencing chronic tinnitus. This is the first research on this topic. The theoretical part focuses on explaining the essential topics to understand the experience of tinnitus. Psychache is defined, taking into consideration the definitions of mental pain, emotional pain and suffering that are often confused with psychache. As tinnitus is not primarily a psychological diagnosis, it is also necessary to focus on the physical aspect in the context of psychache. The empirical part is based on 8 qualitative interviews with individuals with chronic tinnitus and subjectively severe experiencing. The data were analysed using thematic analysis.
