Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem vzorců chování a prožívání ve vztahu k práci (studiu) u studentů Pedagogické fakulty Jihočeské univerzity. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda a případně jaké jsou rozdíly v distribuci těchto vzorců mezi prvním a pátým ročníkem studentů učitelství na této fakultě, také jaký vliv mají na tyto vzorce sociodemografické proměnné, motivace, optimismus a religiozita. Teoretická část se věnuje představení vzorců chování a prožívání ve vztahu k práci, představení konceptu AVEM a jednotlivými proměnnými, které jsou v praktické části zkoumány v souvislosti se vzorci. Výzkum v praktické části byl realizován prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, kterého se účastnilo 79 studentů pátého ročníku. Data z prvního ročníku byla pro tento výzkum poskytnuta vedoucí práce Mgr. et Mgr. Ivanou Maškovou, Ph. D. Těchto respondentů bylo 301 a jednalo se o studenty prvního ročníku učitelství též na Pedagogické fakultě Jihočeské univerzity. Prostřednictvím chí-kvadrát testu bylo zjištěno, že mezi prvním a pátým ročníkem nejsou v rozložení vzorců statisticky významné rozdíly. Pomocí multinomiální logistické regrese byly identifikovány sociodemografické proměnné, které ovlivňují přiřazení k jednotlivým vzorcům a následně také vliv motivace, optimismu a religiozity na výskyt těchto vzorců u studentů na Pedagogické fakultě Jihočeské univerzity. The thesis deals with the topic of patterns of behavior and experience in relation to work (study) among students of the Faculty of Education at the University of South Bohemia. The aim of the thesis was to determine whether and, if so, what differences exist in the distribution of these patterns between first-year and fifth-year teacher training students at this faculty, as well as what influence sociodemographic variables, motivation, optimism, and religiosity have on these patterns. The theoretical part is devoted to the presentation of patterns of behavior and experience in relation to work, the presentation of the AVEM concept, and the individual variables that are examined in the practical part in connection with the patterns. The research in the practical part was carried out through a questionnaire survey, in which 79 fifth-year students participated. Data from the first year was provided for this research by the thesis supervisor, Mgr. et Mgr. Ivana Mašková, Ph. D. There were 301 of these respondents and they were first-year teaching student also at the Faculty of Education of the University of South Bohemia. Using the chi-square test, it was found that there are no statistically significant differences in the distribution of patterns between the first and fifth years. Multinomial logistic regression was used to identify sociodemographic variables that influence the assignment to individual patterns and, subsequently, the influence of motivation, optimism, and religiosity on the occurrence of these patterns among students at the Faculty of Education of the University of South Bohemia.
