Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá terapeutickými intervencemi, které jsou poskytovány chovancům v zabezpečovacích detencích v Evropě. Existuje mnoho způsobů, kterými je působeno na chovance. V této práci je popsána část psychologické léčby, jedná se o terapeutické intervence ve formě psychoterapií a specializovaných programů, které jsou přizpůsobeny či přímo vyvinuty pro specifické potřeby chovanců. Cílem je poskytnout přehled a popis terapeutických intervencí v zabezpečovacích detencích v Evropě. Bakalářská práce má formu systematické rešerše s následnou narativní syntézou. Byl použit nástroj PRISMA 2020 Statement. Byly prohledány elektronické databáze PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus a PsycInfo za použití níže zmíněných klíčových slov. Bylo identifikováno celkem 17 studií, které se věnovaly terapeutickým intervencím. Výsledky naznačují, že existuje mnoho terapeutických intervencí, které jsou zkoušeny a vyvíjeny pro potřeby chovanců. Většina studií pochází z Britských ostrovů. Nejpoužívanějším psychoterapeutickým směrem je kognitivně-behaviorální terapie, která má potenciál k pokrytí široké škály problémů, se kterými se chovanci setkávají. This bachelor's thesis focuses on therapeutic interventions provided to inpatients in secure preventive detention across Europe. There are many approaches to treat inpatients. This thesis describes a segment of psychological treatment, specifically therapeutic interventions in the formo f psychotherapies and specialized treatment programmes tailored to or directly developed for the specific needs of inpatients. The aim is to provide an overview and description of therapeutic interventions. This paper is systematic review followed by narrative synthesis. The PRISMA 2020 Statement tool was used. The electronic databases PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus and PsycInfo were searched using the keywords mentioned below. A total of 17 research papers was identified. The results suggest that there are many therapeutic interventions which are being tested and developed to meet the needs of inpatients. Most of the studies originate from the Brtish Isles. The most commonly used therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral therapy. Only one therapeutic intervention was female-focused. The predominate intervention format was group-based.
