Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikací mezi učiteli a asistenty pedagoga na základních školách. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit a popsat, jak probíhá vzájemná komunikace mezi pedagogy. Vedlejším cílem je pak přiblížit čtenáři prací asistenta pagoda. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na inkluzivní vzdělávání, vysvětlení pojmu integrace a inkluze. Co pro dítě znamená nástup do školy, historie vzniku asistenta pedagoga, jeho náplň práce, s jakými žáky pracuje apod. Dále se zabývám učitelem a jeho osobností, jaké učitel může mít vyučovací styly, a jak učitelův temperament může mít vliv na žáky. Důležité je také zmínit komunikaci, pedagogickou komunikaci a verbální versus neverbální komunikaci. A na závěr teoretické části se zabývám spoluprací a komunikací mezi učitelem a asistentem pedagoga. Metoda zpracování byla pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu. Technikou sběru dat byly polostrukturované rozhovory s asistenty pedagoga na základních školách. K výzkumné části byl použit kvalitativní výzkum, který byl konán pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s asistenty pedagoga. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo celkem 5 respondentů. Výpovědí dotazovaných jsem pečlivě zaznamenávala a poté doslovně přepsala. This bachelor thesis deals with communication between teachers and teaching assistants in primary schools. The main aim of the thesis is to find out and describe how communication between teachers takes place. A secondary aim is then to introduce the reader to the work of a teaching assistant. The theoretical part focuses on inclusive education, explaining the concept of integration and inclusion, what starting school means for a child, the history of the creation of the teaching assistant, his/her job description, which pupils he/she works with, etc. I also look at the teacher and his/her personality, what teaching styles a teacher may have, and how a teacher's temperament can affect the pupils. It is also important to mention communication, pedagogical communication and verbal versus non-verbal communication. Finally, I conclude the theoretical part by discussing collaboration and communication between the teacher and the teaching assistant. The method of elaboration was through qualitative research. The data collection technique was semi-structured interviews with teaching assistants in primary schools.
