Posturální stabilita je klíčovou schopností jak v běžném životě, tak ve sportu či jiných pohybových disciplínách, mezi které řadíme i tanec. Právě v tanci jsou na udržení rovnováhy kladeny vysoké nároky, díky čemuž se tanečníci stávají z hlediska této schopnosti specifickou skupinou. Metoda PNF patří mezi techniky, které lze v praxi využít k ovlivnění posturální stability. Ve výzkumu byly použity prvky metody PNF v oblasti dolních končetin a byl pozorován jejich okamžitý efekt na posturální stabilitu tanečníků a netrénovaných jedinců. Cílem studie bylo popsat a porovnat míru okamžitého účinku prvků metody PNF na posturální stabilitu u tanečníků současného tance a netančících jedinců. Do studie byla zařazena taneční a kontrolní skupina, každá po 9 účastnících. První skupina se skládala z tanečníků s dlouholetou a pravidelnou taneční praxí a kontrolní skupinu tvořili jedinci s maximální fyzickou aktivitou 1 hodinu 2x týdně a bez zkušeností s tancem. Obě skupiny podstoupily totožné vyšetření a terapii. Průběh studie byl rozdělen do dvou sezení. První sezení zahrnovalo vyplnění dotazníku a vyšetření posturální stability pomocí testu BESS (Balance Error Scoring System), které bylo provedeno dvakrát s 15minutovou pauzou mezi jednotlivými měřeními. Účelem prvního setkání bylo zaznamenat efekt učení testu... Postural stability is a key ability not only in everyday life but also in sports and other movement disciplines, including dance. In dance, the demands on balance maintenance are particularly high, making dancers a specific group in terms of this ability. The PNF method is among the techniques that can be practically applied to influence postural stability. In this study, elements of the PNF method focusing on the lower limbs were used, and their immediate effect on the postural stability of dancers and non-trained individuals was observed. The aim of the study was to describe and compare the extent of the immediate effect of PNF elements on postural stability in contemporary dancers and non-dancers. The study included a dance group and a control group, each consisting of 9 participants. The dance group comprised individuals with long-term and regular dance practice, whereas the control group consisted of individuals with a maximum of one hour of physical activity twice per week and no prior dance experience.
