Práce uvádí čtenáře prostřednictvím Směrnice o obnovitelných zdrojích energie (RED II) do problematiky zelené tranzice v EU. Na části této směrnice práce ilustruje transpoziční proces směrnic do vnitrostátního práva vybraných členských států EU, České republiky a Spolkové republiky Německo. Práce nejprve porovnává proces transpozice RED II v ČR a Německu a na základě toho vyhodnocuje, jak tyto státy a jejich legislativní proces působí na přijímané směrnice. Práce dochází k závěru, že působení států na přijímanou legislativu vytváří u obou států viditelné rozdíly především v důsledku odlišnosti legislativních procesů, kontextu daného státu a způsobu aplikace společně s obecným přístupem k jejímu obsahu. The thesis introduces the reader to the issue of green transition in the EU with the help of the amended Renewable Energy Directive (RED II). It illustrates the transposition process of RED II in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany using a selected part of the directive. The thesis compares the transposition process of RED II in these states and evaluates how their legislative processes influence the implementation. The thesis concludes that legislative processes create visible differences due to variations in legislative processes, the context of each state and the approach to implementation itself, along with the general attitude toward its content.
