J. P. Sartre ve svém raném filosofickém díle představil koncepci absolutní svobody člověka. V dílech Bytí a nicota a Existencialismus je humanismus Sartre odmítl existenci obecné lidské přirozenosti či esence člověka, jež by mohly determinovat jeho svobodný rozvrh, či absolutní svobodě člověka klást jakékoli limity. Cílem předkládané práce je interpretovat vybrané námitky vůči této radikální koncepci lidské svobody. Po představení Sartrova pojetí lidské svobody bude zkoumáno téma původního projektu, které dává vyvstat otázce po koherenci Sartrovy koncepce. Dále budou představeny námitky Merleau-Pontyho vůči Sartrovu pojetí rozvinuté v díle Fenomenologie vnímání. Nakonec bude pozornost věnována tématu lidské porušitelnosti či provinilosti, které jsou ve filosofické tradici pokládány za nevyhnutelné omezení lidské svobody, a jež Sartre musel v zájmu obhájení svého radikálního pojetí pominout. Práce se tedy zaměří na interpretaci možností slučitelnosti Sartrova pojetí lidské svobody s fenoménem bytostné provinilosti. J. P. Sartre, in his early philosophical works, introduced the concept of absolute human freedom. In Being and Nothingness and Existentialism is a Humanism, Sartre rejected the existence of a general human nature or essence that could determine or place limits on human freedom. The aim of this paper is to interpret selected objections to this radical concept of human freedom. After presenting Sartre's conception of human freedom, the paper will examine the theme of the fundamental project, which raises questions about the coherence of Sartre's concept. Additionally, it will address Merleau- Ponty's objections to Sartre's views as developed in Phenomenology of Perception. Finally, the paper will focus on the theme of human fallibility or guilt, which is traditionally considered an inevitable limitation on human freedom, and which Sartre had to overlook in order to defend his radical conception. Thus, the paper will focus on interpreting the compatibility of Sartre's conception of human freedom with the phenomenon of inherent guilt.
