Efektivita vztahů v mezioborové spolupráci mezi sociálními pracovníky OSPOD a učiteli mateřských škol se zaměřuje na posouzení míry, jak úspěšně a účinně tyto dvě skupiny spolupracují při podpoře wellbeingu dětí, zejména těch z nefunkčních rodin. Efektivní mezioborová spolupráce je klíčová pro dosažení kvalitní podpory v oblasti podpory dětí, neboť kombinuje odborné znalosti sociálních pracovníků a pedagogů, čímž vytváří prostor pro vzájemné doplňování informací a zkušeností. I přes její důležitost zůstává téma efektivity této spolupráce v kontextu podpory dětí z nefunkčních rodin nedostatečně zkoumáno. Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat efektivitu vztahů mezi těmito profesními skupinami při podpoře wellbeingu dětí, přičemž hlavní důraz je kladen na názory učitelů MŠ a sociálních pracovníků OSPOD, kteří hrají klíčovou roli v této problematice. Výzkum využívá kvantitativní metodologii, konkrétně dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem je zjistit, jaká je efektivní je spolupráce mezi těmito institucemi při poskytování podpory ohroženým dětem. Data byla analyzována pomocí nástrojů Microsoft Excel 2019 a statistického softwaru Jamovi, které umožnily detailní analýzu a vizualizaci výsledků. The effectiveness of relationships in interdisciplinary collaboration between social workers from the Child Welfare Authority and preschool teachers is the focus of this study, specifically assessing the extent to which these two groups collaborate successfully and effectively to support the well-being of children, particularly those from dysfunctional families. Effective interdisciplinary collaboration is crucial for providing quality support to children, as it brings together the expertise of social workers and educators, creating a space for the mutual exchange of information and experience. Despite its importance, the effectiveness of this collaboration in the context of supporting children from dysfunctional families remains insufficiently explored. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the effectiveness of relationships between these professional groups in supporting children's well-being, with particular emphasis on the views of preschool teachers and Child Welfare Authority social workers, who play a key role in this area.
