4 Abstrakt Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pZípravy na stárnutí a stáZí se zamZením na mladé dosplé, kterým dosud nebyla ve výzkumu vnována systematitjbí pozornost. Jejím cílem je analyzovat pZípravu na stárnutí a stáZí se zamZením na mladé dosplé a identifikovat oblasti pZípravy na stárnutí a stáZí. NejdZíve jsou v práci vymezeny základní pojmy stárnutí a stáZí, následn je pozornost vnována teoretickému rozpracování pZípravy na tuto ~ivotní fázi 3 jejímu vymezení, aspektům a etapám. Dále jsou pZiblí~ena specifika mladých dosplých se zamZením na vysokobkolské studenty. Následn jsou rozpracovány jednotlivé oblasti pZípravy na stárnutí a stáZí, pZiem~ pozornost je vnována oblastem zdraví, fyzické kondice a finanního a materiálního zabezpeení. Nastínna je také oblast psychologické a psychosociální pZípravy. Následné kvalitativní empirické betZení je realizováno formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů na vzorku vysokobkolských studentů na magisterském stupni studia oboru Andragogika a personální Zízení na Filozofické fakult Univerzity Karlovy. Cílem betZení je identifikovat, zda a jakým způsobem se tito studenti pZipravují na stárnutí a stáZí v oblastech zdraví, fyzické kondice a finanního a materiálního zabezpeení. Klíová slova: stárnutí, stáZí, pZíprava na stárnutí a stáZí, faktory... 5 Abstract This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of preparation for ageing and old age, with an emphasis on young adults, a group that has not yet received systematic attention in research. Its aim is to analyse preparation for ageing and old age, with a focus on young adults and to identify areas of preparation for ageing and old age. The thesis first defines the basic concepts of ageing and old age. Then it deals with the theoretical framework of preparation for this stage of life 3 its definition, aspects, and phases. The specific characteristics of young adults, especially university students, are also described. The thesis continues by analysing different areas of preparation for ageing and old age, with particular attention paid to health, physical fitness, and financial and material security. Moreover, the area of psychological and psychosocial preparation is outlined. The subsequent qualitative empirical research is conducted through semi-structured interviews with a sample of master's students of Andragogy and Human Resources Management at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University. The aim of the research is to identify whether and how these students prepare for ageing and old age in the areas of health, physical fitness, and financial and material security.
