Vojtova metoda je v souasné době v eské republice jedním z nejznámějších a nejvíce využívaných terapeutických postupů pro lébu centrální koordinaní poruchy (CKP) kojenců. V souvislosti s Vojtovou metodou mohou ale někteří rodie zažívat obtíže, které většinou vychází ze specifik terapie samotné. Cíl: Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit, zda může přístup fyzioterapeuta ovlivnit subjektivně vnímanou zátěž rodiů, kteří se svým dítětem cvií Vojtovu metodu. Metodika: Pro dosažení výsledků jsem zvolila kvalitativní výzkum řešený formou rozhovorů. Rozhovorů se úastnilo 6 párů rodiů, kteří momentálně procházejí nebo v posledních pěti letech ukonili terapii Vojtovou metodou. Rozhovory jsem následně analyzovala metodou otevřeného kódování, na základě kterého mi vzniklo 8 kategorií. V druhé fázi analýzy jsem pro formování výsledů zvolila techniku "vykládání karet". Výsledky: Na základě analýzy jsem byla schopna vyhodnotit, že přístup fyzioterapeuta může ovlivnit subjektivně vnímanou zátěž rodiů. Hlavními důvody popisované zátěže byly obtíže spojené s pláem dítěte, asová a fyzická náronost a nejistota ohledně délky léby. Celkově z rozhovorů vyvstalo 13 intervencí, které rodie hodnotili jako podpůrné, 2 intervence které oznaili jako zvyšující emoní zátěž a 5 intervencí, které by vnímali... The Vojta method is currently one of the most well-known and widely used therapeutic approaches in the Czech Republic for treating central coordination disorder (CCD) in infants. However, some parents may experience challenges associated with the Vojta method, which often arise from the specific nature of the therapy. Goals: This bachelor's thesis aims to evaluate whether the approach of a physiotherapist can influence the subjective burden perceived by parents undergoing Vojtas therapy with their child. Methods: To achieve the research goals, I conducted a qualitative study using semi- structured interviews. Six pairs of parents who are currently or have recently (within the last five years) completed Vojta therapy participated in the interviews. I analyzed the data using open coding, which resulted in eight thematic categories. In the second phase of analysis, I employed the "card sorting" technique to organize and interpret the findings. Results: The analysis indicated that the physiotherapist's approach can indeed impact the subjective burden experienced by parents. The primary sources of this burden were associated with the child's crying during therapy, the time and physical demands of the therapy, and uncertainty regarding the duration of treatment.
