Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem pracují členky a členové multidisciplinárního týmu s pravidly Centra Paraple v oblasti užívání konopí u svých klientek a klientů. Teoretická část je rozčleněna do tří hlavních kapitol, přičemž první z nich se zaměřuje na vymezení tématu užívání konopí lidmi s tělesným hendikepem, druhá definuje sociální rehabilitaci a třetí popisuje Centrum Paraple. K výzkumnému šetření je použita kvalitativní výzkumná strategie a technika polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, realizovaných se zástupci jednotlivých profesí multidisciplinárního týmu a se sociálními pracovníky Centra Paraple. Analýzou rozhovorů byla zjištěna hlavní témata a to: zkušenosti v oblasti užívání konopí u klientů s tělesným hendikepem, připravenost pracovníků k práci s užíváním konopí u klientů Centra Paraple, názory a vlastní zkušenosti pracovníků, přístupy sociálních pracovníků ke klientům s tělesným hendikepem užívajícím konopí a práce s pravidly v oblasti užívání konopí klientů Centra Paraple. The main objective of the diploma thesis entitled Conditions for safe cannabis use among clients of Centrum Paraple from the perspective of social work is to determine how members of the multidisciplinary team work with the rules of Centrum Paraple in the area of cannabis use among their clients. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters, the first of which is dedicated to the topic of Cannabis use by people with physical disabilities, the second is focused on social rehabilitation, and the third is dedicated to Centrum Paraple. The research investigation uses a qualitative research strategy and the technique of semi- structured interviews, conducted with representatives of individual professions of the multidisciplinary team and with social workers of Centrum Paraple.
