Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vnímání uživatelů psychoaktivních látek ve vztahu k zdravotnickým službám a na analýzu jejich zkušeností. Cílem práce je prozkoumat, jak uživatelé vnímají interakce se zdravotnickým personálem a jak tyto interakce ovlivňují jejich identitu a přístup k péči o zdraví. V rámci kvalitativního výzkumu byly provedeny polostrukturované rozhovory s uživateli drog, což umožnilo hlouběji porozumět jejich perspektivám a zkušenostem. Teoretická část práce se věnuje základním pojmům, jako jsou stigma, identita, zdravotnická zařízení a teorii o narušené identitě od Ervinga Goffmana (2003). Výsledky ukazují, že stigma a negativní postoje zdravotnického personálu mají zásadní vliv na dostupnost a kvalitu péče pro uživatele psychoaktivních látek. The aim of the thesis is to explore how users perceive their interactions with healthcare staff and how these interactions influence their identity and approach to healthcare. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with drug users as part of the qualitative research, which allowed for a deeper understanding of their perspectives and experiences. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on key concepts such as stigma, identity, healthcare facilities, and the theory of spoiled identity by Erving Goffman (2003). The results show that stigma and negative attitudes from healthcare staff have a crucial impact on the accessibility and quality of care for users of psychoactive substances.
