Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje organizačním faktorům, které ovlivňují ženy chirurgyně v kariérním postupu, specificky ve vztahu k genderovým nerovnostem, jako jsou genderové předsudky, stereotypy a diskriminace včetně mateřství. Práce mapuje, jaké faktory chirurgyně ve svých organizacích vnímají jako klíčové v jejich kariérním postupu. Součástí práce jsou návrhy opatření, která chirurgyně uvádějí, že by mohla pomoci k rovnosti na pracovišti. Výzkum byl realizován prostřednictvím kvalitativní metodologie skrze polostrukturované rozhovory s deseti chirurgyněmi. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První částí je teoretické ukotvení, kde jsou popsány vybrané faktory ovlivňující kariérní postup žen v chirurgii. Druhá část je věnována metodologii. Zde je uveden cíl práce a výzkumné otázky. Dále je v této části k nalezení metodologie výzkumu společně s etickými aspekty práce a reflexí výzkumnice. Třetí část tvoří empirie společně s výsledky. Následně se práce věnuje diskuzi, která navazuje na část výsledků. Závěrečná kapitola poskytuje odpovědi na výzkumné otázky, kde jsou představeny klíčové faktory ovlivňující kariéru chirurgyň a možné návrhy identifikované participantkami jako prostředky k podpoře rovnosti na pracovišti. This bachelor's thesis explores the organisational factors that affect women surgeons' career progression, specifically in relation to gender inequalities such as gender bias, stereotyping and discrimination, including maternity. This paper maps what factors female surgeons in their organisations perceive as crutial in their career progression. The paper includes suggestions for actions that surgeons say could help improve equality in the workplace. The research was conducted using qualitative methodology through semi-structured interviews with ten female surgeons. The thesis is divided into three main sections. The first part is a theoretical anchoring, where selected factors influencing the career progression of women in surgery are described. The second part is devoted to the methodology. Here the aim of the thesis and the research questions are stated. Further, the research methodology is to be found in this section along with the ethical aspects of the work and the reflection of the researcher. In the third part, the empirical part with the results is found. Then the thesis presents a discussion that follows the results section. The final chapter provides answers to the research questions, presenting the key factors influencing the careers of female surgeons and possible suggestions identified...
