Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dopady implementace Společné zemědělské politiky a Zelené dohody pro Evropu na malé farmy v České republice a Itálii. Cílem je zjistit, zda rozdílný přístup k implementaci těchto politik ovlivňuje malé zemědělské podniky. Výzkum kombinuje kvantitativní a kvalitativní metody - kromě dotazníkového šetření mezi farmáři byly využity i otevřené odpovědi, které přinesly hlubší vhled do vnímání dopadů obou politik, a také rozhovory s odborníky v oboru. Zjištění ukazují, že odlišné přístupy k implementaci politik mohou vést k rozdílům ve vnímání dopadů, míře informovanosti i schopnosti farmářů využívat dostupnou podporu. Výzkum poukazuje na klíčovou roli přístupu k informacím, administrativní náročnosti a institucionálního zázemí při adaptaci malých farem na nové požadavky. Práce zároveň identifikuje oblasti, kde je možné posílit udržitelnost a konkurenceschopnost malých zemědělských podniků v kontextu probíhajících politických a environmentálních změn. This thesis examines the impact of the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy and the Green Deal for Europe on small farms in the Czech Republic and Italy. The aim is to find out whether the different approach to the implementation of these policies affects small farms. The research combines quantitative and qualitative methods - in addition to a questionnaire survey among farmers, open-ended responses were used to provide deeper insights into the perceived impacts of both policies, as well as interviews with experts in the field. The findings show that different approaches to policy implementation can lead to differences in farmers' perceptions of impacts, levels of awareness and ability to use available support. The research highlights the key role of access to information, administrative complexity and institutional background in the adaptation of small farms to new requirements. The paper also identifies areas where the sustainability and competitiveness of small farms can be strengthened in the context of ongoing policy and environmental changes.
