Finanční podvodníci využívají k nalákání svých "klientů" stále sofistikovanějších metod. Tato práce si klade za cíl popsat, jakým způsobem jsou zneužívány tváře českých politiků v podvodných kampaních na internetu. Pomocí vizuálně-verbální videoanalýzy (VVVA) jsou popsány základní charakteristiky podvodných videí. Zároveň jsou v práci popsány i podvody, které místo deepfake videí využívají obrázky vytvořené pomocí AI a falešné weby zpravodajských serverů, s identickým podvodným schématem na pozadí. Právě kombinace nízkých nákladů a uživatelské dostupnosti tvorby, spolu s vysokou kvalitou a přesvědčivostí vizuálního obsahu, činí z deepfake videí nebezpečný nástroj pro masovou manipulaci a šíření dezinformací, nebo jen efektivnímu zahlcení mediálního prostoru. Práce dále popisuje i další možné hrozby pro společnost, které mohou vzejít z deepfake videí využívajících tváří politiků. Financial fraudsters are using increasingly sophisticated methods to lure their "clients". This thesis aims to describe how the faces of Czech politicians are misused in fraudulent campaigns on the Internet. Using visual-verbal video analysis (VVVA), the basic characteristics of fraudulent videos are described. At the same time, the work also describes frauds that use AI- generated images and fake news websites instead of deepfake videos, with an identical fraudulent scheme in the background. It is the combination of low costs and user-friendliness of creation, together with the high quality and persuasiveness of visual content, that makes deepfake videos a dangerous tool for mass manipulation and the spread of disinformation, or simply for effectively overwhelming the media space. The thesis also describes other possible threats to society that may arise from deepfake videos using politicians' faces.
