V bakalářské práci "Tvorba komunikačního plánu pro tovární posádku kamionu MM Technology při Dakaru se zaměřením na komunikaci pomocí videa." V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny klíčové pojmy z oblasti marketingové komunikace, práce s publikem a tvorby obsahu, zároveň je zde popsán vliv, který trendy na sociálních sítích mají na komunikaci sportovních týmů a organizací. Součástí této práce je i přehled mediálních regulací ze strany organizátora závodu, společnosti ASO, jenž je vlastníkem autorských práv na video obsah pořízený během Rallye Dakar. Také je zde uvedena historie závodu a MM Technology až po současnost a nejnovější projekty týmu. V praktické části je analyzována dosavadní komunikace týmu a na základě SWOT analýzy je navržen konkrétní komunikační plán včetně plánu produkce obsahu a následné implementace do celkové komunikace. Práce definuje obsahovou strategii pro jednotlivé komunikační kanály (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) s důrazem na efektivní využití video formátů. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována tvorbě dokumentárního filmu a video obsahu pro B2B komunikaci. Závěr práce obsahuje doporučení pro interní změny, zefektivnění plánování a strategický vstup na síť LinkedIn. The bachelor's thesis "Creating a Communication Plan for the Factory Truck Crew MM Technology for Dakar with a Focus on Video Communication" explains in its theoretical part the key concepts in the field of marketing communication, audience engagement, and content creation, while also describing the influence of social media trends on the communication of sports teams and organizations. It also includes an overview of media regulations by the race organizer, ASO, which owns the copyrights to video content recorded during the Dakar Rally. The history of the Dakar Rally and MM Technology up to the present and the team's latest projects are also covered. The practical part analyzes the team's current communication and, based on a SWOT analysis, proposes a specific communication plan, including a content production plan and its implementation into the overall strategy. The thesis defines a content strategy for individual communication channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn), with an emphasis on the effective use of video formats. Special attention is given to the production of a documentary film and video content for B2B communication. The conclusion of the thesis includes recommendations for internal changes, improved planning, and a strategic entry into the LinkedIn platform.
