Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním politik přijetí, adaptace a integrace ukrajinských migrantů s dočasnou ochranou v České republice a na Slovensku po vypuknutí ruské agrese v roce 2022. Cílem práce je porovnat přístupy České republiky a Slovenské republiky k přijetí a integraci nucených ukrajinských migrantů od února 2022 do 1. března 2025, se zaměřením na legislativní změny, konkrétní podmínky uprchlíků v klíčových oblastech a roli hlavních aktérů integračního procesu. Práce využívá komparativní analýzu, v jejímž rámci je srovnávána především legislativa obou států upravující postavení ukrajinských migrantů s dočasnou ochranou a jejich možnosti integrace. Jako teoretický rámec byla zvolena teorie migračních sítí a její vliv se povedl prokázat jak v České republice, tak ve Slovenské republice. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že agendu integrační politiky nucených ukrajinských migrantů lépe zvládla Česká republika, a to díky systematičtější a rychlejší institucionální reakci, širší podpoře ze strany občanské společnosti a silnějšímu zapojení ukrajinské diaspory. These bachelor thesis compares the policies of reception, adaptatin and integration of Ukrainian migrants with temporary protection in Czech republic and Slovakia after the outbreak of Russian agression in 2022. The goal of the thesis is to compare the approchaes of the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic to the reception and integration of forced Ukrainian migrants in the period from the beginning of 2022 to 1 March 2025, focusing on legislative changes, specific conditions of refugees in key areas and the role of the main actors in the integration process. The thesis are using comparative analysis, in terms of compares the legislation of both states regulating the status of Ukrainian migrants with temporary protection and their integration opportunities. Migration network theory was chosen as the theoretical framework and its influence was demonstrated in both the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. The research shows that the integration policy agenda of forced Ukrainian migrants was better managed in the Czech Republic, due to a more systematic and faster institutional response, broader support from civil society and stronger involvement of the Ukrainian diaspora.
