Má bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na výzkum jedné hlavní a jedné vedlejší výzkumné otázky. Mým hlavním cílem je si zodpovědět, zdali je strana PRO Jindřicha Rajchla stranou typu firmy či nikoli. Dále řeším vedlejší otázku, zdali má strana strana PRO návaznost na sportovní struktury či nikoli. Jako teoretický rámec mé práce rozebírám koncept stran typu firmy a obecně také podnikatelských stran. V empirické části posléze rozebírám charakteristiky stran typu firmy s formálními charakteristikami popsanými v oficiálních dokumentech strany PRO, které následně porovnávám s odpověďmi respondentů. Hlavním zjištěním mé práce je, že se dá s velkou pravděpodobností strana PRO charakterizovat jako podnikatelská strana "bez firmy", nikoli však strana typu firmy. Na otázku propojenosti strany PRO se sportovní sférou zjišťuji, že nejen strana, ale i její zakladatel, jsou úzce propojeni se sportovním prostředím. My bachelor thesis focuses on researching one main and one secondary research question. My main goal is to answer whether the PRO party of Jindřich Rajchl is a business-firm party or not. Furthermore, I address the secondary question of whether or not the PRO party has a connection to sport structures. As the theoretical framework of my thesis, I analyse the concept of business- firm parties and entrepreneurial parties in general. In the empirical part, I then analyze the characteristics of business-firm parties with the formal characteristics described in the official documents of the PRO party, which I then compare with the answers of the respondents. The main finding of my paper is that the PRO party can very likely be characterized as a entrepreneurial party "without a firm" but not a business-firm party. On the question of the PRO party's connection to the sports sphere, I find that not only the party, but also its founder, are closely connected to the sports environment.
