Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na praxi asistentek pedagoga v rámci vybrané základní školy ve Středočeském kraji a pomocí etnografických metod zkoumá, jakou roli v jejich přístupu k žákům hrají kapitály. Tematická analýza dat z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a terénních poznámek odhalila dvě klíčová témata ve formě dvou odlišných podob inkluzivní praxe asistentek pedagoga, v obou případech asociovaných se specifickými formami kapitálů. První z nich je inkluzivní praxe se zaměřením na jednice, jeho individuální potřeby a cíle, se kterou se u daných asistentek pojí zejména kapitál emoční. Druhá podoba inkluzivní praxe je poté zaměřena na kolektiv a jeho prospěch a s touto praxí je dle zjištění v asociaci kapitál sociální a vzdělanostní. Analýza u vybraných asistentek odhalila společná témata také, co se týče dalších zkoumaných kapitálů v poli speciální pedagogiky. Pečovatelský kapitál, společně s kapitálem emočním a vzdělanostním, konkrétně ve formě matematické a čtenářské gramotnosti, zde slouží jako kompenzace nedostatku pedagogické kvalifikace vybraných asistentek pedagoga, zatímco kapitál kulturní a symbolický praxi asistentek v mnoha rovinách zefektivňují. Jediným zkoumaným kapitálem, u kterého nebyla odhalena žádná role v kontextu praxe vybraných asistentek pedagoga, je kapitál ekonomický. Práce je... This Master's thesis focuses on the practice of teaching assistants in a selected primary school in the Central Bohemia region and, using ethnographic methods, explores the role of capitals in their approach to pupils. Thematic analysis of data from semi-structured interviews and field notes revealed two key themes, specifically two differing types of inclusive practice of teaching assistants, both associated with certain forms of capitals. The first is inclusive practice with a focus on the individual and his or her individual needs and goals, which is particularly associated with emotional capital of the selected teaching assistants. The second form of inclusive practice is then focused on the collective and its results and, according to the findings, social and educational capital are in association with this practice. The analysis of the selected assistants also revealed common themes in terms of the other capitals examined in the field of special education. Here, caring capital, along with emotional and educational capital, specifically in the form of numeracy and literacy, serve to compensate for the lack of pedagogical qualifications of the selected teaching assistants, while cultural and symbolic capitals help to make the practice of teaching assistants more effective on various levels.
