Anna Rejtarová Název diplomové práce: Trénink vizuoprostorových schopností u dospělých pacientů se získaným poškozením mozku Abstrakt diplomové práce: Tato diplomová práce je teoreticko-empirickou prací a člení se na část teoretickou a praktickou. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vypracovat návrh vhodného ergoterapeutického programu pro dospělé pacienty s poruchou vizuoprostorových funkcí v důsledku získaného poškození mozku a ověřit jeho využitelnost u těchto pacientů. Dílčími cíli je: zjistit a popsat, jaké intervence může ergoterapeut využít ke zlepšení prostorového vnímání u dospělých pacientů s poruchou vizuoprostorových funkcí po získaném poškození mozku; zjistit, které diagnostické materiály jsou z pohledu ergoterapeuta vhodné pro hodnocení vizuoprostorových funkcí u dospělých pacientů po získaném poškození mozku; zjistit, jaké jsou funkční dopady deficitů vizuoprostorových funkcí na výkon všedních denních činností pacienta. Teoretická část práce popisuje získaná poškození mozku a jejich dopad na vizuoprostorové funkce, terminologicky vymezuje vizuoprostorové funkce a jejich narušení. Anna Rejtarová Title: Training of visuospatial abilities in adult patients with acquired brain injury Abstract: This thesis is a theoretical-empirical thesis and is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The main aim of the thesis is to develop a proposal for a suitable occupational therapy program for adult patients with impaired visuospatial functions due to acquired brain damage and to verify its applicability for these patients. The sub-objectives are: to identify and describe which interventions can be used by occupational therapists to improve spatial perception in adult patients with impaired visuospatial function after acquired brain injury; to identify which diagnostic materials are suitable from the occupational therapist's perspective for the assessment of visuospatial function in adult patients after acquired brain injury; to identify the functional impact of visuospatial function deficits on the performance of the patient's activities of daily living. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the acquired brain injury and its impact on visuospatial functions, defines visuospatial functions and their impairments in terms of terminology.
