(česky) Tato diplomová práce se zabývá realizací osobnostní a sociální výchovy a to na konkrétním příkladu realizace této výchovy na gymnáziu Na Zatlance. Cílem práce je zjistit a popsat, jak je realizována osobnostní a sociální výchova na tomto gymnáziu. V teoretické části práce jsou nejprve představeny pojmy, které vytváří nezbytný kontext pro empirickou část. Je zde představena osobnostní a sociální výchova jako obor, dále se zde nachází kapitola o alternativních a inovativních školách, která je důležitá pro kontext výzkumného terénu a poté kapitola objasňující, jak je osobnostní a sociální výchova ukotvena v současném rámcovém vzdělávacím programu pro gymnázia. Výzkum realizovaný v rámci této práce byl pojat jako případová studie realizace osobnostní a sociální výchovy na zvolené škole. V empirické části práce je představena metodologie výzkumu a poté výsledky výzkumu. Jsou jimi zjištění, která se vztahují k předmětu osobnostní a sociální výchova - popis vzniku předmětu, organizace předmětu, obsah předmětu, popis přímé realizace hodin i realizace ve speciálních formách. Dále zjištění, která představují další možnosti, v jakých se studenti s tématy osobnostní a sociální výchovy na škole potkávají i mimo zmíněný předmět. A také zjištění, jaké přínosy a výzvy výuky osobnostní a sociální výchovy na... (in English) This thesis deals with the realization of personal and social education on the specific example of the realization of this education at the Na Zatlance Grammar School. The aim of the thesis is to find out and describe how personal and social education is realized at this grammar school. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are first introduced concepts, which create the necessary context for the empirical part. It introduces personal and social education as a discipline, then there is a chapter on alternative and innovative schools, which is important for the context of the research field, and then a chapter explaining how personal and social education is anchored in the current framework curriculum for grammar schools. The research realized in this thesis was conceived as a case study of the realization of personal and social education in the chosen school. The empirical part of the thesis presents the research methodology and then the research results. These are the findings related to the subject of personal and social education - a description of the origin of the subject, the organization of the subject, the content of the subject, a description of the direct realization of the lessons and the realization in special forms.
