cze Abstract:
Také průměrná frekvence stlačování hrudníku se zvýšila po fyzické zátěži ve srovnání s KPR bez zátěže....This thesis deals with cardiopulmonary resuscitation, its individual components and contexts, especially focusing on the influence of physically demanding activity on the quality of its performance. The theoretical part summarizes information about sudden circulatory arrest, its causes and pathophysiology. It then discusses emergency resuscitation, both in its basic and advanced forms, including defibrillation and pharmacotherapy. Attention is also given to the impact of physical activity on the rescuer and the quality of CPR provided and the importance of simulation training in healthcare, particularly in the context of CPR teaching. The aim of the practical part was to investigate how standardized physical exercise affects the quality of CPR performed, specifically the frequency and depth of chest compressions and the level of chest relaxation between compressions. The research investigation was conducted on a sample of 49 participants using the Resusci Anne QCPR simulation model. The CPR was performed before and after completing a standardized exercise test. The results showed differences between the CPR performed before and after the standardized exercise, with statistically significant differences noted for the average depth of chest compressions, where there was confirmation that the depth of...
