(CZE) Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče o morbidně obézní pacienty na jednotkách intenzivní a resuscitační péče. Vzhledem k narůstajícímu výskytu obezity v populace představují tito pacienti významnou výzvu jak z pohledu organizačního, tak i personálního a technického zabezpečení péče. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat dostupnost speciálních pomůcek a technického vybavení pro ošetřování těchto pacientů, zhodnotit organizační a fyzickou náročnost poskytované péče a identifikovat případné nedostatky ve vzdělávání nelékařského zdravotnického personálu. Výzkumné šetření proběhlo formou dotazníků distribuovaných na vybraných odděleních čtyř fakultních nemocnic v České republice. Výsledky ukázaly, že péče o morbidně obézní pacienty je často fyzicky i časově náročná, přičemž dostupnost potřebného vybavení a školení personálu není vždy dostatečná. Na základě zjištěných dat jsou v práci navržena doporučení pro praxi, která mohou přispět ke zvýšení bezpečnosti a kvality péče o tuto specifickou skupinu. (ENG) This thesis focuses on the issue of nursing care for morbidly obese patients in intensive and resuscitation care units. Due to the increasisng prevalence of obesity in the population, these patients represent a significant challenge in terms of organizational, staffing and technical aspects of care. The thesis aimed to analyze the availability of special aids and technical equipment for the care of these patients, assess the organizational and physical demands of the nursing care provided, and identify gaps in the eduacation of non-medical healthcare professionals. The results ware conducted using a questionnaire distributed to select departments of four usniversity hospitals in the Czech Republic. The results showed that the care of morbidly obese patients is often physically and time demanding, and the availability of necessary equipment and staff training is not always sufficient. Based on the findings, the thesis proposes practical recommendations to enhance the safety and quality of care for this specific patient population
