Bakalářská práce pojednává o vztahu osobnostních charakteristik adolescentních fotbalistek k jejich hernímu postu a postové specializaci v dospělém fotbale. Teoretická část je zaměřena na tématiku fotbalu a sportovní psychologie včetně kapitoly o osobnosti sportovce. Rozebírá také metodu BIG 5 použitou v empirické části. Dotazníkové šetření zjišťovalo skóry v oblastech otevřenosti vůči zkušenostem, svědomitosti, extraverze, přívětivosti a neuroticismu. Tento kvantitativní výzkum byl následně porovnán v kontextu jednotlivých herních pozic. The theoretical part focuses on the topics of football and sports psychology, including a chapter on athlete personality. It also analyzes the Big Five method used in the empirical section. The questionnaire survey assessed scores in the areas of openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. This quantitative research was subsequently compared in the context of individual playing positions.
