Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na jednání dítěte při rozvodu rodičů, které někdy vede k odmítání jednoho z rodičů a syndromu zavrženého rodiče. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části se zabývám rodinou a její proměnou v čase, manželstvím a dnešním pohledem na vztahy v rodině a možnostmi péče o děti po rozpadu rodiny. Dále se věnuji všem, které se procesu rozchodu a určení péče o děti účastní. Cílem této práce je porozumět, jaké okolnosti vedou dítě k odmítnutí jednoho z rodičů. Z tohoto důvodu se věnuji dítěti, jeho potřebám a prožívání v průběhu rozpadu rodiny. Zvláštní kapitola je věnována syndromu zavrženého rodiče, který se v poslední době ve společnosti rozšiřuje a je tedy třeba věnovat mu pozornost. Zaměřuji se nejen na děti, ale také na rodiče, kteří spolu s dětmi prožívají těžké období, při kterém se musí přizpůsobit mnoha změnám. Ve výzkumné části byla zvolena metoda studia dokumentů, která poskytuje možnost podívat se na věc z odstupu bez přímého emocionálního zaujetí. Je možné získat mnohem více informací než například z rozhovoru. Byly prozkoumány spisy pěti dětí, kde bylo pozorováno, jak děti reagují na situaci v rodině v průběhu jejího rozpadu a jak se mění jejich chování, vnímání celé situace a reakce na rodiče a okolí. This thesis focuses on the child's behavior during the divorce of parents, which sometimes leads to rejection of one of the parents and the parental alienation syndrome. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a research part. In the theoretical part, I deal with the family and its transformation over time, marriage and today's view of family relationships and the possibilities of childcare after the breakdown of the family. I also deal with all those who participate in the process of separation and determination of child custody. The aim of this thesis is to understand what circumstances lead a child to reject one of the parents. For this reason, I pay attention to the child, his needs and experiences during the breakdown of the family. A special chapter is devoted to the parental alienation syndrome, which has recently been spreading in society and therefore needs to be paid attention to. I focus not only on children, but also on parents who are going through a difficult time with their children, during which they have to adapt to many changes. In the research part, the method of studying documents was chosen, which provides the opportunity to look at the matter from an objective point of view and get much more information.
