Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na adaptaci rostlin na měnící se klimatické podmínky. Hlavní důraz je kladen na transgenerační plasticitu (TGP), která se posledních 25 let dostává do popředí výzkumů zaměřených na adaptace rostlin na globální změnu klimatu. V práci je také okrajově zmíněn mechanismus migrace, genetické adaptace a fenotypové plasticity. Bakalářská práce je zpracována jako literární rešerše vědeckých článků a shrnuje mechanismy TGP, roli TGP v reakci rostlin na různé faktory prostředí a techniky výzkumu TGP. Závěrem byla vyhodnocena adaptivní hodnota TGP pro reakci rostlin na změny klimatu. V této kapitole byly zanalyzovány míry použité pro hodnocení fitness rostlin a adaptivní hodnota TGP u různého typu reprodukce rostlin a různých faktorů prostředí. Přenos vlastností napříč generacemi se nejčastěji uskutečnil po dobu jedné generace, avšak v literatuře byly nalezeny i výjimky s přenosem vlastností i po dobu třech generací. Necelé dvě třetiny všech prozkoumaných případů vykazovaly adaptivní TGP. V těchto případech potomek vykazoval vyšší fitness v mateřském prostředí než v prostředí cizím. Ve zbylé třetině byl vliv TGP na rostlinné fitness neutrální či až maladaptivní. Zjištěné výsledky naznačují, že transgenerační plasticita je poměrně účinná strategie rostlin pro přizpůsobení se... This bachelor thesis focuses on the adaptation of plants to changing climate. The main emphasis is on transgenerational plasticity (TGP), which has come to the foreground of research focused on plant adaptation to global climate change in the last 25 years. In this thesis, migration, genetic adaptation and phenotypic plasticity are also briefly mentioned. My bachelor thesis is composed as a review of scientific papers and it summarizes the mechanisms of TGP, the role of TGP in plant reactions to various environmental factors, and the techniques to study TGP. Lastly, the adaptive value of TGP in plant adaptations to changing climate has been assessed. In this chapter, the measures of plant fitness and the adaptive value of TGP in different reproductive types and different environmental factors have been analysed. Traits have been transgenerationally carried mostly over one generation, but exceptionally they have been also carried over three generations. Almost two thirds of all researched cases showed adaptive TGP. In these cases, offspring fitness was higher in its maternal conditions than in other conditions.
