Práce se zabývá analýzou postojů relevantních českých politických stran k ekonomickému rozvoji v regionální a evropské perspektivě. Zaměřuje se na propojení ideologických rámců politických subjektů s jejich přístupy k ekonomickému rozvoji, míře státní intervence a protekcionismu. Teoretická část vychází z tradičních teorií rozvoje, regionálního rozvoje a politické ideologie, přičemž reflektuje postavení Česka v rámci Evropské unie. Praktická část využívá obsahovou analýzu volebních programů z voleb do Poslanecké sněmovny v roce 2021 na základě metodiky Manifesto Project. Výsledky ukazují, že ideologické zaměření stran koresponduje s jejich přístupy k míře státních zásahů do ekonomiky, přičemž levicově orientované strany preferují vyšší míru intervence, zatímco pravicově orientované strany se kloní k tržnímu řešení. Analýza rovněž ukazuje, že protekcionistické postoje politických stran jsou více ovlivněny zahraničněpolitickou orientací, zejména mírou euroskepticismu než jejich ideologickou pozicí. The thesis analyzes the positions of relevant Czech political parties regarding economic development from a regional and European perspective. It focuses on the interconnection between the ideological frameworks of political actors and their approaches to economic development, the extent of state intervention, and protectionism. The theoretical part draws on traditional development theories, regional development theories, and political ideology, while reflecting the position of Czechia within the European Union. The practical part employs a content analysis of election manifestos from the 2021 elections to the Chamber of Deputies, based on the Manifesto Project methodology. The results show that the ideological orientation of parties corresponds to their approaches to the degree of state intervention in the economy, with left-wing parties favoring higher levels of intervention and right-wing parties leaning towards market-based solutions. The analysis also demonstrates that protectionist stances are more influenced by foreign policy orientation, particularly the degree of Euroscepticism, than by ideological positioning.
