Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou on-line komunikace tří nejsledovanějších reprodukčních center v České republice (Pronatal, Gennet a Reprofit) na platformách Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn a TikTok. Cílem je zjistit, jaká komunikační strategie na sociálních sítích je nejefektivnější a jak lze tuto komunikaci dále optimalizovat. Teoretická část přibližuje demografické trendy, problematiku neplodnosti a asistovanou reprodukci i její etické a právní aspekty. Druhá část teoretického rámce se zaměřuje na marketingovou komunikaci s důrazem na specifika jednotlivých sociálních sítí, roli emocí, vizuální komunikace a storytellingu v online prostředí. Práce využívá smíšený výzkumný design, kombinující kvantitativní analýzu úspěšnosti příspěvků a kvalitativní analýzu obsahu, zaměřenou na tón sdělení, vizuální zpracování, práci s emocemi a tematickou strukturu komunikace. Výsledky ukazují, že klíčem k úspěšné komunikaci je propojení autenticity, emocí a profesionálního přístupu. Práce identifikovala silné i slabé stránky komunikace jednotlivých center, popsala úspěšné formáty a témata a navrhla konkrétní doporučení pro jejich zlepšení. Závěry přispívají k hlubšímu porozumění komunikace reprodukčních center na sociálních sítích a nabízejí praktické podněty pro optimalizaci komunikace v oblasti marketingu... The thesis analyzes the online communication of the three most followed reproductive centers in the Czech Republic (Pronatal, Gennet, and Reprofit) on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The aim is to determine which communication strategies on social media are the most effective and how this communication can be further optimized. The theoretical part presents demographic trends, the issue of infertility, assisted reproduction, and its ethical and legal aspects. The second part of the theoretical framework focuses on marketing communication, emphasizing the specifics of individual social media platforms, as well as the role of emotions, visual communication, and storytelling in the online environment. The thesis applies a mixed research design, combining quantitative analysis of post performance and qualitative content analysis, focusing on message tone, visual processing, use of emotions, and thematic structure of communication. The results show that the key to successful communication lies in combining authenticity, emotions, and a professional approach. The thesis identifies the strengths and weaknesses of each center's communication, describes successful formats and topics, and proposes specific recommendations for improvement.
