Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou raného traumatu a přidružených faktorů, jako je pohlaví, věk dítěte, různé typy traumatických událostí, jejich opakování, či proximita dítěte k pachateli násilí. Práce vychází ze soudobé zahraniční i české literatury, u které ovšem identifikuje limity a úskalí, na které se snaží adekvátně reagovat. Výstupem práce jsou prediktivní modely dopadu raného traumatu na dítě a jeho následný vývoj. Výzkumný vzorek tvoří 181 dětských klientů pražského Centra LOCIKA. Analýza pracuje s daty získanými při vyšetření těchto dětí - konkrétně s demografickými a anamnestickými údaji, a výstupy metod TSCYC a IDS. Analýza je provedena v souladu s principy bayesovské statistiky, což umožňuje tvorbu komplexnějších prediktivních modelů, které mohou být přizpůsobeny předpokladům vyplývajícím z teoretické části. Práce nepřináší pouze konkrétní výsledky analýzy (rozdíly mezi pohlavími, pravděpodobnost opakování traumatické události a další), ale také teoretická doporučení pro budoucí studie, která zohledňují limity jak současné literatury, tak i této práce. Pravděpodobně se jedná o jednu z prvních tuzemských studií, která zkoumá dopad raného traumatu na české děti. Klíčová slova: Rané trauma; vývoj dítěte; kognitivní a sociální funkce; IDS; TSCYC This diploma thesis focuses on childhood trauma and its associated factors, such as gender, child's age, various types of traumatic events, their recurrence, and child's proximity to the perpetrator of violence. This thesis builds on current Czech and international literature while also identifying its limitations and challenges, which are addressed appropriately in the analysis. The main outcome consists of predictive models assessing the impact of traumatic events on children and their subsequent development. The overall research sample includes 181 child clients of the Prague-based Centre LOCIKA. The analysis is based on the data obtained during the children's psychological assessment (specifically demographic and anamnestic data, and TSCYC and IDS method's results). The analysis follows the principles of Bayesian statistics, enabling the development and refinement of more complex predictive models. These models are tailored to reflect the theoretical assumptions outlined in the theoretical part of this thesis.
