Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je zhodnotit stávající systém odměňování, identifikovat jeho silné a slabé stránky a navrhnout možná zlepšení s ohledem na spokojenost zaměstnanců a celkovou strategii podniku. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na klíčové pojmy související s řízením lidských zdrojů, mzdovými formami, odměňováním a motivací. V analytické části je proveden rozbor současného systému odměňování na základě interních dat a výsledků dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci. Návrhová část pak přináší konkrétní doporučení na úpravy odměňovacího systému s ohledem na finanční situaci podniku. This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of the employee remuneration system in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current remuneration system, identify its strengths and weaknesses, and propose potential improvements with regard to employee satisfaction and the overall company strategy. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on key concepts related to human resource management, wage systems, remuneration, and motivation. The analytical part provides an assessment of the current remuneration system based on internal data and the results of an employee questionnaire survey. The final part offers specific recommendations for adjusting the remuneration system, taking into account the company’s financial situation.
