Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou zaistenia a vymáhania pohľadávok. Táto práca je rozdelená do troch hlavných časti. Teoretická časť opisuje pohľadávky z právneho, daňového a ekonomického hľadiska. Analytická časť sa zameriava na hodnotenie pohľadávok u vybraného podnikateľského subjektu. Na základe výstupov z analytickej časti sú navrhnuté opatrenia na zlepšenie systému zabezpečenia a vymáhania pohľadávok. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of seizure and recovery of receivables. This thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part describes receivables from the legal, tax and economic point of view. The analytical part focuses on the evaluation of receivables in a selected business entity. Based on the outputs of the analytical part, measures are proposed to improve the system of securing and collecting receivables.
