Bakalářská práce se zabývá transformací podnikání fyzické osoby na společnost s ručením omezeným. Cílem práce je analyzovat právní a daňové aspekty tohoto přechodu a navrhnout konkrétní způsob pro podnikatelský subjekt. Práci je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. Teoretická část popisuje základní rozdíly mezi podnikáním fyzických a právnických osob a možné způsoby přeměny. V analytické části je představen podnikatelský subjekt a analyzována jeho současná situace. Na základě této analýzy je v návrhové části doporučen způsob transformace na společnost s ručením omezeným. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on transformation of a self-employed person into a limited liability company. The thesis aims to analyze the legal and tax aspects of this transition and to propose a specific method for a selected business case. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part describes the basic differences between the self-employment and other legal forms of business, as well as the possible methods of transformation. The analytical part presents the current situation of the business owner. Based on this analysis, the final part recommends transforming into a limited liability company.
