Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do 3 částí. První část se věnuje teoretickým poznatkům, které souvisí s danou problematikou. Druhá část popisuje vybranou společnost, aktuálně nastavený systém jejího odměňování a vlivy na něj působící. Ve třetí poslední části jsou popsány návrhy na zlepšení, které by mohly vést ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců v této společnosti. This bachelor thesis focuses on the employee remuneration system in a selected company. The bachelor thesis is divided into 3 parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical knowledge related to the issue. The second part describes the selected company, its current remuneration system and the influences on it. The third and final part describes suggestions for improvement that could lead to increased employee satisfaction in this company.
