Within the framework of the work; This diploma thesis is devoted to the assessment of risks in real estate using fuzzy logic. Risks are analyzed and evaluated in five real estates; two decision-making models based on the principles of fuzzy logic are created; which are implemented using MS Excel and MATLAB programs. Based on the results; je pro každou z nemovitostí navržena opatření ke snížení rizika.; konkrétně bytů; které jsou realizovány pomocí programů MS Excel a MATLAB. Na základě výsledků; které se nacházejí v Brně. V rámci práce jsou vytvořeny dva rozhodovací modely vycházející z principů fuzzy logiky; Tato diplomová práce se věnuje vyhodnocení rizik u nemovitých věcí prostřednictvím fuzzy logiky. Rizika jsou analyzována a hodnocena u pěti nemovitostí; tedy vyhodnocení rizikovosti nemovitosti těchto modelů
