Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování zaměstnanců a návrhy na jeho zlepšení v anonymizované společnosti XY, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část obsahuje teoretické poznatky, které jsou získány z odborných publikací. Následuje část analytická, která pojednává o současném stavu a spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve společnosti a poslední částí je část návrhová, ve které jsou navržena opatření, která by měla vést k větší spokojenosti zaměstnanců. This bachelor thesis focuses on the employee remuneration system and suggestions for its improvement in the anonymized company XY, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part contains theoretical knowledge which is obtained from professional publications. This is followed by the analytical part, which deals with the current state and employee satisfaction in the company, and the last part is the suggestion part, in which measures are proposed that should lead to greater employee satisfaction.
