Práce shrnuje dosavadní poznatky o herbářování rostlin a jejich částí. Popisuje, jak postupovat při práci, jak určit jednotlivá kritéria sbíraného materiálu přes samotný sběr rostlin a jejich částí provede nás různými technikami lisování až po vytváření samotných herbářových položek. Práce se také dotýká historie herbářování, tvorby herbářů a také se dotýká kurikulárních dokumentů, kde se zaměřuje na zmínky o využívání herbářů ve výuce. V práci budou taktéž představeny jednotlivé výukové metody, které byly poté využity v navrženém výukovém bloku. Cílem práce je připravit a zrealizovat výukový blok, který začleňuje herbářování a práci s rostlinnými vzorky do výuky nejen středních škol, ale i škol základních. Výzkumná část práce se zaměřuje na postoje studentů k ochraně přírody k tvorbě herbářových kolekcí a k praktickým aktivitám pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Úkolem je pozorovat a zaznamenat změnu v postojích po absolvování výukového bloku a tuto změnu vyhodnotit. V neposlední řadě bude v práci představena a vyhodnocena zpětná vazba získaná od žáků, kteří absolvovali výukový blok. klíčová slova: herbář, lisování, výuka, gymnázium, seminář, mikrovlnná trouba This thesis summarizes the current knowledge on plant herbarium practices and the preservation of plant parts. It outlines the procedures involved in working with plant specimens, including the identification of collection criteria, the process of collecting plants and their parts, various pressing techniques, and the creation of herbarium specimens. The thesis also touches upon the history of herbarium development and discusses relevant curricular documents, focusing on references to the use of herbariums in education. Additionally, the work introduces several teaching methods, which were subsequently applied within the proposed educational module. The main aim of the thesis is to design and implement an educational module that incorporates herbarium techniques and work with plant samples into teaching at both primary and secondary school levels. The research part of the thesis focuses on students' attitudes towards nature conservation, herbarium collection, and hands-on learning activities, assessed through a questionnaire survey. The goal is to observe and document any changes in these attitudes following the educational module and to evaluate them accordingly.
