Práce zjišťuje názory pedagogických pracovníků Pedagogické fakulty Univerzity Karlovy na účel psaní bakalářské práce, používání nových charakterů bakalářských prací na jednotlivých katedrách a na rozsah diplomových prací. Zaměřuje se na to, jaké hlavní přínosy a jaká rizika vyučující vnímají v souvislosti se zaváděním nových forem závěrečných prací, jako jsou například portfolia. Konkrétně se ptá na tyto podvody: plagiátorství ghostwriting a využití umělé inteligence. Zároveň zkoumá, jaké další možnosti by mohly být v budoucnu při ukončování vysokoškolského studia zvažovány. K tomu nabízí pohled na různé žánry závěrečných prací na vybraných českých univerzitách. V praktické části práce je využit kvantitativní výzkum. Šetření proběhlo formou online dotazníku distribuovaného mezi vyučující napříč katedrami fakulty. Kvantitativní data doplňují rozhovory s experty, kteří stáli u zavádění nových charakterů bakalářských prací. Byl realizován strukturovaný rozhovor s děkanem a polostrukturovaný rozhovor s proděkankou fakulty. Výsledky ukazují, že nové charaktery závěrečných prací mohou lépe reflektovat profesní orientaci studijních programů a naplňovat požadavky legislativy a strategie vzdělávací politiky ČR. The thesis investigates the opinions of the academic staff of the Faculty of Education at Charles University regarding the purpose of writing a bachelor's thesis, the use of new types of bachelor's theses across individual departments, and the appropriate length of diploma theses. It focuses on the main benefits and risks perceived by educators in connection with the introduction of new formats such as portfolios. Specifically, it examines concerns related to academic misconduct, including plagiarism, ghostwriting, and the use of artificial intelligence. It also explores other potential formats that could be considered in the future for completing higher education studies. To provide a broader context, it offers an overview of various types of final papers at selected Czech universities. The practical part of the thesis uses quantitative research, conducted through an online questionnaire distributed to academic staff across faculty departments. The quantitative data is supplemented by expert interviews with individuals involved in implementing the new bachelor's thesis formats. A structured interview was conducted with the Dean, and a semi-structured interview with the Vice-Dean of the Faculty.
