Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vnímání fenoménu udržitelnosti ve sportu studenty vysokých škol. Výzkum reflektuje prostředí dvou zemí, a to České republiky a Norska. Udržitelnost je stále důležitějším tématem, které se týká i sportovního sektoru, od organizace sportovních akcí a provozu sportovišť až po výrobu sportovního vybavení a oblečení. Sportovní průmysl má významný dopad na životní prostředí, a proto je důležité zkoumat, jak mladá generace vnímá tuto problematiku a jaké kroky je ochotna podniknout pro její řešení. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak studenti obou zemí přistupují k otázkám udržitelnosti ve sportu a jaké faktory ovlivňují jejich postoje. Výzkum kombinuje kvantitativní a kvalitativní metody. V České republice byly realizovány jak dotazníkové šetření, tak focus group se studenty FTVS UK, zatímco v Norsku proběhly online individuální polostrukturované rozhovory s norskými studenty. Výsledky ukazují jak shody, tak rozdíly ve vnímání udržitelnosti mezi českými a norskými studenty. Práce přináší hlubší pochopení přístupů ke sportovní udržitelnosti v různých kontextech a identifikuje klíčové bariéry i motivační faktory, které ovlivňují ekologicky odpovědné chování studentů. This bachelor thesis focuses on the perception of the phenomenon of sustainability in sport by university students. The research reflects the environment of two countries, namely the Czech Republic and Norway. Sustainability is an increasingly important topic that also concerns the sports sector, from the organisation of sporting events and the operation of sports venues to the production of sports equipment and clothing. The sports industry has a significant impact on the environment and it is therefore important to explore how the younger generation perceives this issue and what steps they are willing to take to address it. The aim of this study is to find out how students in both countries approach sustainability issues in sport and what factors influence their attitudes. The research combines quantitative and qualitative methods. In the Czech Republic, both a questionnaire survey and a focus group were conducted with FTVS UK students, while in Norway, online individual semi-structured interviews were conducted with Norwegian students. The results show both similarities and differences in perceptions of sustainability between Czech and Norwegian students.
