Název: Kazuistika ortoticko-protetické péče o pacienta s diagnózou transtibiální amputace - sportovní protéza Cíle: Cílem práce bylo popsat proces vybavení pacienta s transtibiální amputací protetickým systémem umožňujícím návrat k aktivnímu životnímu stylu, konkrétně s důrazem na sjezdové lyžování. Dále si práce kladla za úkol teoreticky zpracovat problematiku transtibiální amputace z pohledu rehabilitace a protetiky. Metody: Bakalářská práce je rozdělená na teoretickou část, která se zaměřuje na rehabilitaci a protetiku trastibiální amputace. Praktická část popisuje jednotlivé kroky protetické péče: odebrání měrných podkladů, výrobu sádrového modelu, vytvoření zkušebního a definitivního lůžka, kompletaci a nastavení lyžařské protézy typu ProCarve a její závěrečné vyhodnocení. Výsledky: Kazuistika byla zpracována v rámci plnění odborné praxe na pracovišti Protetika Sýkora Praha, Výsledkem je zhotovená lyžařská protéza, která umožní pacientovi návrat k aktivnímu životu se zaměřením na sjezdové lyžování. Klíčová slova: transtibiální amputace, protéza, ProCarve, sportovní protéza Title: Case report of orthotic-prosthetic care for a patient with a transtibial amputation diagnosis - sport prosthesis Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to describe the process of equipping a patient with a transtibial amputation with a prosthetic system that would enable a return to an active lifestyle, specifically with a focus on alpine skiing. Additionally, the thesis sought to address the topic of transtibial amputation from the perspectives of rehabilitation, and prosthetics. Methods: The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part, focusing on the rehabilitative, and prosthetic aspects of transtibial amputation. The practical section outlines the individual steps of prosthetic care, including measurement acquisition, plaster model fabrication, creation of a test and final socket, assembly and alignment of the ProCarve ski prosthesis, and its final evaluation. Results: The case study was carried out as part of a professional internship at Protetika Sýkora Prague. The outcome was the fabrication of a ski-specific prosthesis, enabling the patient to return to an active lifestyle with a focus on downhill skiing.
