Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou podpory žáků s generalizovanou úzkostnou poruchou (GAD) v prostředí základní školy. Cílem práce je analyzovat vhodné pedagogické přístupy, strategie práce s třídním kolektivem a význam spolupráce mezi školou, rodinou a odborníky mimo resort školství. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu generalizované úzkostné poruchy, její projevy u žáků školního věku a dopady na vzdělávací proces. Dále jsou popsány klíčové principy psychohygieny, prevence duševních obtíží a význam pozitivního klimatu třídy pro podporu psychické pohody žáků. Empirická část práce vychází z případové studie konkrétního žáka s GAD, z pozorování, rozhovorů a jeho chování ve školním prostředí. Součástí je také analýza intervencí učitelů a školních pracovníků zaměřených na podporu tohoto žáka. Současně se práce zaměřila na analýzu dotazníkového šetření mezi pedagogy, které zkoumalo jejich povědomí a zkušenosti s prací se žáky s generalizovanou úzkostnou poruchou. Výsledky ukazují, že klíčovým faktorem úspěšné práce s těmito žáky je vytvoření bezpečného a předvídatelného prostředí, individuální přístup pedagoga a systematická práce s třídním kolektivem. Důraz je kladen také na spolupráci s rodinou a odborníky, jako jsou klinický psycholog nebo pedopsychiatr. Práce zdůrazňuje význam... The thesis addresses the issue of supporting students with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) in the primary school environment. The aim of the thesis is to analyze appropriate pedagogical approaches, strategies for working with the classroom collective, and the importance of collaboration between the school, family, and professionals outside the education sector. The theoretical part focuses on defining the concept of Generalized Anxiety Disorder, its manifestations in school-aged students, and its impact on the educational process. It further describes key principles of psychohygiene, prevention of mental health difficulties, and the importance of a positive classroom climate for supporting students' psychological well- being. The empirical part of the thesis is based on a case study of a specific student with GAD, utilizing observations, interviews, and analysis of his behavior in the school environment. It also includes an analysis of interventions by teachers and school staff aimed at supporting this student. Additionally, the thesis examines a questionnaire survey conducted among educators to explore their awareness and experiences in working with students with Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
