Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou adaptace dětí na prostředí mateřské školy z pohledu učitelek mateřských škol. Na základě výpovědí učitelek poukazuje na efektivní aktivity, které podporují adaptaci dětí. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje strach a úzkost obecně a následně se zaměřuje na úzkost dítěte v předškolním věku. Dále rozebírá separační úzkost a její problematiku v předškolním věku. Také se věnuje potřebné přípravě dítěte na mateřskou školu a v neposlední řadě také procesu adaptace dítěte na mateřskou školu, kde poukazuje na spolupráci rodičů a učitelek, potřeby dítěte, jeho emoce a možné reakce dětí po nástupu do mateřské školy. Praktická část má za cíle popsat metody učitelek, které využívají v adaptačním období dětí, popsat komunikaci a spolupráci učitelek s rodiči, popsat nezvládnutou adaptaci dítěte/rodiče, dále poukázat na emoce učitelek v adaptačním období a na závěr popsat aktivity a činnosti používané učitelkou. Praktická část prezentuje odpovědi učitelek uskutečněné metodou rozhovoru, vzájemně je analyzuje a odpovídá na stanovené cíle a výzkumné otázky. Dle učitelek je osvědčené adaptovat děti formou her a rozhovorů a komunikovat s rodiči pozitivně a empaticky. Učitelky vnímají jako pomoc včasnou... This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of children's adaptation to the nursery school environment from the perspective of the teachers. Based on the teachers' statements, it points out effective activities that support children's adaptation. The work is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part describes fear and anxiety in general and then focuses on the anxiety of a child at preschool age. It also covers separation anxiety and its issues at this age. It also deals with the necessary preparation of a child for nursery school and, last but not least, the process of a child's adaptation to that, where it points out the cooperation of parents and teachers, the child's needs, their emotions and possible reactions of children after entering nursery school. The practical part aims to deal with the methods that teachers use during the adaptation period, it describes the communication and cooperation of teachers with parents and shows the unsuccessful adaptation of the child/parent. It points out the emotions of teachers in the adaptation period and finally describes the activities used by the teacher.
