Cílem této práce je popsat přínos synergického spojení geofyziky a archeologie při zkoumání archeologických nemovitých památek. První část popisuje fyzikální vlastnosti a procesy, které ovlivňují vytváření geofyzikálních anomálií archeologických objektů. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na magnetismus a elektrické vlastnosti půd. Hlavní závěry vyplývající z rešerše literatury jsou, že zaniklé paleomeandry v nivě se vyznačují jako lineární anomálie nižšího zdánlivého měrného odporu. Naopak vyšší zdánlivý měrný odpor a pás magnetických maxim dokládají přítomnost historické komunikace. K jejich hledání je proto vhodná magnetometrie, DEMP a ERT. Praktická část práce zpracovává terénní průzkum v údolí pod raně středověkým hradištěm Písková Lhota I (okr. Mladá Boleslav). Pomocí DEMP a ERT se podařilo nalézt oblast nižších zdánlivých měrných odporů interpretovanou jako paleomeandr. Historická cesta vedoucí z hradiště po sobě nejspíš zanechala anomálii vyšších zdánlivých měrných odporů. This thesis aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the benefits arising from the collaboration between geophysics and archaeology. The initial section examines fundamental physical properties and processes that influence the formation of geophysical anomalies of archaeological objects. The text focuses particularly on the magnetism and electrical properties of soils. The research outcome is that abandoned meanders manifest as linear anomalies of low apparent resistivity. In contrast, high apparent resistivity and a chain of magnetic maxima suggest the presence of a road. Appropriate geophysical methods include magnetometry, FDEM, and ERT. Next, I evaluate a geophysical survey conducted adjacent to an early medieval hillfort Písková Lhota I (Mladá Boleslav district). It was possible to identify a low apparent resistivity anomaly interpreted as an abandoned meander. A road running from the hillfort and across the river probably caused the creation of a high apparent resistivity anomaly.
