Kateřina Hartmannová Název: Literární přehled dopadu perinatální parézy brachiálního plexu na vývoj a kvalitu života dítěte Cíl: Cílem práce je syntéza aktuální literatury pojednávající o perinatální brachiální paréze brachiálního plexu a poskytnout přehled o riziku narušení kvality života dítěte. Metody: Diplomová práce je zpracována formou literární rešerše. Literatura byla vyhledávána na základě klíčových slov v elektronických databázích Scopus, ScienceDirect, PubMed, Cochrane Library, EBSCOhost, Web of Science, PEDro. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - první část obsahuje teoretická východiska k diagnóze perinatální paréza brachiálního plexu, druhá část má deskriptivně-analytický charakter, obsahuje přehled a analýzu vyhledaných publikací zaměřených na hodnocení kvality života dítěte s touto diagnózou. Výsledky: Do rešerše bylo zahrnuto celkem sedm vyhledaných studií splňující kritéria výběru. Studie se shodují na možné závažnosti a hloubce problematiky diagnózy. Nejvýraznějším projevem je zhoršená funkce horní končetiny a snížená kvalita života, přičemž dopady se liší v závislosti na věku a rozsahu léze. Kateřina Hartmannová Title: A comprehensive literature review on the impact of perinatal brachial plexus palsy on child development and quality of life Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to synthesize current literature dealing with perinatal brachial plexus palsy and to provide an overview of the risk of impaired quality of life in an affected child. Methods: The diploma thesis is conducted in the form of a literature review. Literature was searched based on keywords in electronic databases Scopus, ScienceDirect, PubMed, Cochrane Library, EBSCOhost, Web of Science, PEDro. The thesis is divided into two parts - the first part contains theoretical background on the diagnosis of perinatal brachial plexus palsy, while the second part has a descriptive-analytical character and includes areview and analysis of the searched publications focusing on evaluating the quality of life in children with this diagnosis. Results: A total of seven studies that met the inclusion criteria were included in the review. The studies agree on the potential severity and complexity of the diagnosis. The most prominent issues are impaired upper limb function and reduced quality of life, with the impact varying depending on the child's age and the extent of the lesion.
