Autor: Štěpána Ungrová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s diagnózou totální endoprotéza kyčelního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků o diagnóze totální endoprotéza kyčelního kloubu a následné zpracování kazuistiky pacientky, která tento zákrok podstoupila. Posledním cílem této práce bylo zhodnocení efektivity jednotlivých použitých terapeutických metod porovnáním vstupního a výstupního vyšetření pacientky. Metody: Obecná část pojednává o anatomii, biomechanice a kineziologii kyčelního kloubu, osteoartróze a jejím řešení, totální endoprotéze kyčle a její možné pooperační intervenci z pohledu literatury a evidence based medicine. Speciální část práce obsahuje kazuistiku pacientky. Ta zahrnuje vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor, návrh terapie a popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek, které probíhaly v rozmezí od 13. 1. 2025 do 24. 1. 2025 v Nemocnici Vršovice, během souvislé odborné praxe. Celkem proběhlo 10 terapeutických jednotek, všechny o délce trvání asi 45 minut. V závěru obecné části práce je zhodnocen efekt mého terapeutického působení. Výsledky: V obecné části práce je zpracovaná teorie k diagnóze totální endoprotéza kyčelního kloubu. Tyto teoretické poznatky byly využity ve speciální části práce při praktickém provádění... Author: Štěpána Ungrová Title: Physiotherapeutic care of a patient after undergoing a total hip arthroplasty Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize the basic data concerning total hip arthroplasty followed by a case report of a patient who underwent this procedure. The final goal of this work was to evaluate the effectiveness of the applied therapeutic methods by comparing the patient's initial and final assessments. Methods: The general section theoretically analyzes the anatomy, biomechanics, and kinesiology of the hip joint, osteoarthritis and its treatment, total hip arthroplasty, and possible postoperative interventions from the perspective of literature and evidence-based medicine studies. The special section is dedicated to the case report of my patient, which includes the initial and final kinesiological assessment, therapeutic plan, and description of individual therapy sessions, which took place between January 13th, 2025, and January 24th, 2025, at Vršovice Hospital during my continuous professional internship. A total of 10 therapy sessions were conducted, each lasting approximately 45 minutes. The final part of the special section evaluates the effectiveness of my therapeutic interventions.
