Práce řeší problematiku neporozumění vlivu menstruačního cyklu ženskou sportující populaci. Cílem práce je identifikovat vliv menstruačního cyklu na psychické stavy, které následně ovlivňují výkon sportovkyň na vrcholové úrovni. Práce ověřuje četnost výskytu PMS a jeho vlivu na výskyt negativních psychických stavů. Dále ověřuje, i zda menstruační cyklus omezuje sportovkyně v běžném životě a také zda menstruační cyklus ovlivňuje jejich výkonnost. V práci je použito několik metod. První z nich je on-line dotazník, druhou z nich je dotazník před testováním Ruffierovou zkouškou a následně samotná Ruffierova zkouška. A poslední metodou je MEDI-Q dotazník (Menstrual Distress Questionnaire). Výzkum potvrdil, že menstruační cyklus může negativně ovlivňovat psychické stavy sportovkyň a tím i jejich výkonnost. Významným zjištěním bylo, že hormonální změny během menstruačního cyklu mohou výrazně ovlivnit psychické stavy sportovkyň, přičemž zhoršení psychického stavu je nejčastěji pozorováno v luteální fázi cyklu, kdy dochází k poklesu hladiny estrogenu a nárůstu hladiny progesteronu. Využitelnost této práce je zejména v tréninkovém prostředí, pro individualizace plánů a soutěžních strategií dle jednotlivých fází sportovkyň, zlepšení psychologické podpory sportovkyň během menstruačního cyklu. Mimo to se výzkum... This paper addresses the issue of misunderstanding the impact of the menstrual cycle by the female sporting population. The aim of the thesis is to identify the influence of the menstrual cycle on psychological states that subsequently affect the performance of female athletes at the top level. The thesis verifies the frequency of PMS and its influence on the occurrence of negative psychological states. It also verifies whether menstrual cycle restricts female athletes in their daily life and also whether menstrual cycle affects their performance. Several methods are used in this thesis. The first one is an online questionnaire, the second one is a pre-testing questionnaire with the Ruffier test and then the Ruffier test itself. And the last method is the MEDI-Q questionnaire (Menstrual Distress Questionnaire). Research has confirmed that the menstrual cycle can negatively affect the psychological states of female athletes and thus their performance. A significant finding was that hormonal changes during the menstrual cycle can significantly affect the psychological states of female athletes, with deterioration in psychological state most commonly observed in the luteal phase of the cycle when estrogen levels decrease and progesterone levels increase.
