Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou využití alternativní a augmentativní komunikace (AAK) v logopedické intervenci u osob s poruchami autistického spektra (PAS). Téma reflektuje narůstající potřebu efektivních komunikačních přístupů pro osoby s komplexními komunikačními potřebami, mezi něž spadá i značná část osob s PAS. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. Cílem teoretické části práce je představit strukturovaný pohled na osoby s PAS z hlediska klasifikace, symptomatologie či diagnostiky a zejména popsat specifika komunikace osob s PAS. Zároveň jsou uvedena teoretická východiska AAK společně s popisem užívaných metod a pomůcek. Empirická část byla realizována metodou smíšeného výzkumného designu - jednalo se o kombinaci dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s logopedy působícími v různých typech zařízeních. Závěry práce potvrzují, že AAK představuje efektivní nástroj pro rozvoj komunikačních dovedností osob s PAS, přičemž její účinné využití závisí na systematickém vzdělávání odborníků, materiálním zázemí, mezioborové spolupráci a spolupráci s rodinou. Práce zároveň přináší praktické poznatky z terénu, identifikuje oblasti pro další výzkum a metodický rozvoj, čímž může sloužit jako podklad pro metodickou podporu a rozvoj systémového zavádění AAK v oblasti... The thesis addresses the issue of the use of Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) in speech and language therapy intervention for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The topic reflects the growing need for effective communication approaches for individuals with complex communication needs, a category which includes a significant portion of people with ASD. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The aim of the theoretical part is to provide a structured perspective on individuals with ASD in terms of classification, symptomatology, and diagnosis, and in particular to describe the specific features of communication in individuals with ASD. Similarly, the theoretical foundations of AAC are presented, along with a description of the methods and tools used. The empirical part was conducted using a mixed methods research design - a combination of a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews with speech and language therapists working in various types of institutions. The findings of the thesis confirm that AAC represents an effective tool for the development of communication skills in individuals with ASD, while its effective use depends on the systematic training of professionals, material resources, interdisciplinary cooperation, and...
